# Slide Effect

Slide effects are the most basic requirement in any good WordPress slider plugin.

Currently, block slider offers 2 slide effects:

* Slide
* Fade

### Where to find it?

The animation effect can be found at the very beginning of slider settings.

<figure><img src="/files/LMiI5tx4qtuPJxOirTUl" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### How to use it?

You can easily switch between animation effects like so:

{% embed url="<https://share.getcloudapp.com/Qwuwmd4D?collection_id=nlfk6Dv>" %}

{% hint style="info" %}
You can not use fade effects on multiple slides per view.
{% endhint %}

### Slide Effects in action

{% embed url="<https://share.getcloudapp.com/04uvXWQk?collection_id=nlfk6Dv>" %}
